Chris brings CEO and COO experience, leading £150m Offshore Operations Centres in Asia and Europe. IT Services were delivered globally to some of the largest companies in the world. He has transformed underperforming operations into customer-centric, efficient growth engines while preserving stakeholder confidence.
His achievements include driving continuous improvement across Asia and Europe, and delivering consistent gains in customer satisfaction alongside cost optimisation. With deep ITIL expertise and pragmatic business acumen, he knows when to follow the framework — and when to adapt it — always weighing the reputational impact of every decision.
Programme Delivery and Digital Implementation
Paul turns ambitious strategies into delivered reality, ensuring that complex initiatives meet their objectives and retain credibility. A Chartered Manager and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he has led over £18bn in programmes, enabling £54m in cost avoidance while keeping stakeholders engaged and supportive.
His expertise spans cyber security deployment, agile transformation, and benefits realisation in both government and commercial sectors. From launching national cyber defence centres to orchestrating enterprise-wide change under public scrutiny, Paul blends technical depth with commercial pragmatism to ensure programmes deliver genuine, lasting business value.
Strategic Growth
and Resilience
Lou is an accomplished strategic leader with over 25 years' experience driving transformation across defence, consulting, and cybersecurity sectors. After 17 years as an Army officer commanding a 1,000-strong supply chain unit and pioneering initiatives in resource-based accounting and market testing, he transitioned into Big Four consulting with Ernst and Young/Capgemini, where he helped scale the Aerospace business from £5m to over £50m turnover in just 24 months. He later joined CSC as Director for Intelligence, where he transformed a struggling 100-person technical team into a high-performing 400-strong operation delivering 30-40% year-on-year growth, securing a £200m contract extension despite challenging circumstances. Lou then became Managing Director of Stratia Cyber, an NCSC-accredited cyber resilience business, where he provided direction and discipline to a faltering operation, built connected supplier ecosystems, and grew turnover by 250% over six years whilst navigating COVID disruption. A people-focused, innovation-driven leader with deep expertise in simplifying complexity, he blends military strategic thinking with entrepreneurial execution to deliver practical solutions that work both in the real world and in the court of public opinion.
