Chris brings CEO and COO experience, leading £150m Offshore Operations Centres in Asia and Europe. IT Services were delivered globally to some of the largest companies in the world. He has transformed underperforming operations into customer-centric, efficient growth engines while preserving stakeholder confidence.
His achievements include driving continuous improvement across Asia and Europe, and delivering consistent gains in customer satisfaction alongside cost optimisation. With deep ITIL expertise and pragmatic business acumen, he knows when to follow the framework — and when to adapt it — always weighing the reputational impact of every decision.
Programme Delivery and Digital Implementation
Paul turns ambitious strategies into delivered reality, ensuring that complex initiatives meet their objectives and retain credibility. A Chartered Manager and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he has led over £18bn in programmes, enabling £54m in cost avoidance while keeping stakeholders engaged and supportive.
His expertise spans cyber security deployment, agile transformation, and benefits realisation in both government and commercial sectors. From launching national cyber defence centres to orchestrating enterprise-wide change under public scrutiny, Paul blends technical depth with commercial pragmatism to ensure programmes deliver genuine, lasting business value.
Strategic Growth

Lou is a strategic leader with over 25 years’ post-military experience in secure infrastructures, defence, consulting, and cybersecurity. At CSC he led a struggling 100-person technical team into a high-performing 400, delivering 40% annual growth, and securing a £200m contract extension in adverse conditions. He is an Army officer who moved into Big Four consulting, helping scale an aerospace business from £5m to £50m (E&Y/Capgemini). He led transformative business in Government, Fujitsu, Serco and was MD of Stratia Cyber – a cyber services provider, for 6 years. Known for simplifying complexity, Lou blends military sharpness with people-focused pragmatism to deliver effective outcomes.
