With deep ITIL expertise and pragmatic business acumen, he knows when to follow the framework — and when to adapt it — always weighing the reputational impact of every decision.

A Chartered Manager and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he has led over £18bn in programmes, enabling £96m in cost avoidance while keeping stakeholders engaged and supportive.

From launching national cyber defence centres to orchestrating enterprise-wide change under public scrutiny, Paul blends technical depth with commercial pragmatism to ensure programmes deliver genuine, lasting business value.
Lou combines military strategic thinking with entrepreneurial execution. His career spans Army command, Big Four consulting, Systems Integrators, and leading an NCSC-accredited cyber business for over six years — growing capability, profit, and reputation in tandem.
He has scaled an aerospace-focused consultancy from £5m to £50m in just 24 months, transformed businesses supporting critical infrastructure, and pioneered physical-based visualisation as a decision-making tool.
